2026-2027 Registration and Tuition Information

Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten

Dear Parents,

Schedule:

We are excited to offer 4 programs for our 26-27 school year. Please take a look at our schedule below:

Pre3 “Little Learners” Half days Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday $1980 per year

8:00 am to 10:30 am or 11:00-1:30

Pre4 “Preschool” Full Day ($4,480/year) or Half Day Option Monday – Thursday ($3920/year)

7:30-11:00 Half Day or 7:30 – 1:45 Full Day

Pre5 “PreK” Full day Monday- Friday $5600 per year

7:30 am to 1:45 pm

*All Preschool programs are contingent on enrollment meeting the class minimums. We expect to have class sizes set in March. We will continue to review applications until classes are filled. If a class is canceled for not meeting the class minimums or staffing, registration fees will be 100% refunded.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to attend Pre4, a student must be 4 years old by September 1, 2026*

To be eligible to attend Pre5 (PreK), a student must be 5 years old by December 31, 2026*

*unless extenuating circumstances or readiness assessment determines otherwise

Steps to Admissions

Preschool Program- Little Learners, Preschool, AND PREK

New families

  • Contact Dawn Shopp, SOAR Coordinator at dshopp@allsaintswickliffe.org or 440-943-1395 ext 209
  • For new families, complete an application form and pay the $50 application fee
  • Enrollment into the FACTS tuition management program
  • New families will pay the balance of the $200 nonrefundable registration fee in FACTS ($150 +$50 credit from the application fee)
  • Enrollment in Digital Academy (for communication)
  • Submit birth certificate
  • Submit baptismal certificate (if applicable)

Current All Saints Families

  • Enrollment into the FACTS tuition management program
  • Enrollment in Digital Academy
  • $200 registration fee paid in FACTS (non refundable)
  • Submit birth certificate
  • Submit baptismal certificate (if applicable)

Tuition and Fee Agreement

The 2026-2027 registration forms and tuition agreements will only be available online through FACTS and Digital Academy.

Sorry, we will not be accepting cash.

The school will let you know, in writing, when you students are accepted. The acceptance will be sent via electronic communication to the email you have listed on your application.

Changes in Status/Classes

As noted above, class sizes will be set as of March 13, 2026, which means our teaching staff, school set up, books, etc. will be based on that number.

If you change the status of your child (e.g., from half time to full time or the reverse; change in grades), we may not be able to accommodate that change.

If we can accommodate the change, there will be a $50 charge for each change in status that occurs on or after July 1, 2026. Similarly, if you decide to move your child from PreK to Kindergarten (or the reverse), there will be a $50 charge for each change in status that occurs on or after July 1, 2026.

Registration Deadlines

Registration by current families is due by FEBRUARY 13, 2026 and is payment due March 2, 2026. Students are not fully registered until payment is received.

Thereafter, registration is open to everyone. If classes are full, students will be placed on a waitlist.

Registration will open to everyone on February 14th, 2026. As classes reach capacity, classes will be set and waitlists will be created.
