Service Projects
Our service hour program gives students in Grades 6–8 a way to give back to the community.
Service hours are part of each student’s Religion grade. Students can begin earning hours over the summer to count toward the next school year.

A minimum of 21 hours across Grades 6–8. Hours must be earned in each grade – they cannot all be done in one year.
Good to Know
- Community service counts — helping at your parish festival is a great way to earn hours over the summer.
- Time during the school day doesn’t count (food drives, serving at Mass), and neither do chores at home.
- Wear an All Saints shirt so people recognize your school.
- Turn the completed form in to the school office for credit — don’t wait until May.
- Forms can be signed by an immediate supervisor of the activity (for example, a festival booth or area captain).
- Students who go above and beyond by the end of 8th grade receive special recognition.
